Zero Bag

Designers:

Negar kazemain, Arezou Mortazavi

My role:

Negar and I worked together on all aspects of the design process, from ideation and prototyping to photo-shooting and the final presentation.

Timeline:

3 months (2015)

Guided by mentor:

Mustafa Arvand

Background:

Upon careful observation, it has come to our attention that there exists a gap in our local market, specifically in the realm of exceptional bags. Our aim is to create distinctive bags designed for everyday use, but not for everyone. We’re targeting individuals who value one-of-a-kind items, whether it’s due to their size, shape, or materials.

Design Process:

The design process for this collection unfolded as follows:

  • We began with sketching and ideation based on our initial brief.
  • We sourced natural felt and acquired the necessary skills to tailor them.
  • Wooden frames were crafted to form the bag structures.
  • We meticulously assembled all the components to bring the bags to life.
